Hated taking progress photos until a client showed me why it matters

I used to think snapping pics of every job was a waste of time. But last spring, a homeowner in Raleigh pulled up a photo from week one to prove I hadn't touched a spot she was worried about. Saved me from a free touch up that would have cost me a whole afternoon. Now I take shots before, during, and after every room. Anyone else find one little habit like this saves them from headaches?
