Rant: I saw a job in Denver go from a 4 hour call to a 2 hour call after we switched to a new crimp tool.

The old manual crimpers we used for RG6 connectors were slow and half the time the connector would spin. My boss bought a set of those new ratcheting style ones for the whole crew about three months ago. The difference in speed and connection quality is night and day, and I'm not going back. What's the one tool upgrade that actually saved you real time on a job?

That reminds me of @anderson.piper's epic Denver airport story.

Yeah but did the friend actually pick up? Half the time I call people in big cities they just let it ring and text back later. Or maybe that's just my luck with people who hate talking on the phone.
