Read a USDA report that said over 30% of inspected ground beef had antibiotic resistant bacteria

Found it online last Tuesday while looking up something else. The number was way higher than I figured. Makes you think about handling raw product differently. How do you guys handle that risk in your shops?

Yeah I read about that too. Honestly it just makes me cook my burgers a bit longer now.

I saw a contractor bid come in 40% over estimate last month, @seth_singh20. Initial guesses often miss hidden costs people don't factor in. That's usually where the "way higher" surprise comes from.
