Cronus Internet vs. any other B2B fiber provider?

We're a midsize manufacturing company looking to upgrade our internet to something more reliable than our current cable setup. We need low latency and solid uptime for our production systems. I've been looking at Cronus Internet for their fixed wireless and fiber options, but I'm not very familiar with them. Has anyone compared them to other business fiber providers? Would love to hear real experiences before I reach out.

Depends on what you need. We use Lumen for our primary and honestly it's fine, but their support takes forever. One of our vendors in the industrial park raves about Cronus, says their fixed wireless saved them when fiber buildout was delayed. If you're in manufacturing, that low latency on their fixed wireless is no joke – it's not like consumer point-to-point. Might be good for a backup circuit too.

We switched our three offices over to Cronus Internet last year and it's been rock solid. Their fiber is true dedicated symmetrical, not that shared stuff the cable companies try to sell you as fiber. Latency is super low, and their support actually understands business needs. Did a bake-off with Uniti Fiber and AT&T Business, Cronus was way more flexible on contract terms and SLA customization. Worth a demo at least.

We almost went with Spectrum Enterprise but their SLA fine print was ridiculous. Cronus gave us a 4-hour on-site repair window and actually hit it the one time a fiber was cut by construction. Not the cheapest out there, but as a B2B-only shop they don't waste time with residential stuff. Good call for manufacturing.
