Hot take: My bullet journal almost ruined a whole vacation
I was at the airport in Phoenix, flipping through my journal to find our hotel confirmation, when I realized I'd used a cheap brush pen that bled through three pages and smudged the address. I had to scramble for my phone with 2% battery left while my partner was asking which terminal we needed. What's the most reliable pen you've found that won't ghost on thin paper?

Ugh that's the worst, I've had pens bleed through and ruin my packing list right before a trip. The Pilot G2 has never let me down, even on cheap notebook paper. It dries fast and doesn't ghost at all.

Wait, have you ever tried the G2 on that super thin paper they use in some travel notebooks? I'm trying to find a pen that won't bleed on those awful pages.

Seriously, how do those brush pens always fail at the worst time? I had a glitter gel pen explode in my travel journal last summer, it looked like a unicorn threw up on my flight times. Switched to basic ballpoints after that mess, the kind they have at hotel desks. They never bleed, even on that tissue paper they use in free city maps.
