An old bullet journaler told me to stop using washi tape as a habit tracker and switch to simple dots instead...
Six months later my spreads are way more readable and I actually stick with tracking now, has anyone else found a small change like that completely changed how their journal works for them?
Oh man, that's a good one. In my experience, the real game changer was switching from a complex color coded key to just a single black pen and one accent color for everything. It felt boring at first but now my brain actually processes the information instead of getting distracted by the decorations.
