Found 4 streaming subscriptions on my card and I thought I only had 2
Sat down last Saturday to finally cancel one, and there were 4 charges I didn't remember signing up for, all around $15 each. Turns out I'd been double paying for the same service under two emails for 7 months. Anyone else find subscriptions they swear they never signed up for?

Did you call the company and ask for a refund on the double charges? Because if you were paying twice under two emails for the same account, that means their system let you have two separate accounts without flagging it, which seems like something they should fix. I'm asking because I found out last year that a free trial I thought I canceled had actually rolled into a paid plan, and when I called they gave me back three months even though I was way past the window. Did they at least let you see which email was tied to which charge, or did you have to dig through old inboxes to figure that out? That part would drive me nuts, trying to remember which password went with which login. Also curious if the double charge was on two cards or just the one, since that changes how you'd catch it next time.
