Is it even possible to make anything with just one clove? I mean, every time I read a recipe that says "1 clove garlic, minced" I kind of laugh to myself because who actually stops at one? You pretty much have to double or triple it just for the flavor to even register. I have definitely ruined a few dishes by going too light on the garlic, so now I just load it up by default and hope for the best. It's practically a law of cooking at this point, right? Idk, maybe it's just me but garlic is the one ingredient where more is almost always better.
