Warning: dropped $60 on a flanged duckbill scraper and it cut my boiler tube cleaning time in half
I was scraping tubes at a plant near Gary for 3 hours the old way, bought that scraper on a whim, and finished the next pass in 90 minutes. I mean I thought it was a gimmick but the flange actually keeps you from gouging the tube sheet. Anybody else got a specific tool that actually paid for itself like that?

That part about it saving you from gouging the tube sheet is what gets me, cause that damage is such a pain to fix. Glad it actually did what it said, feels like half the "time saver" tools I buy just end up in the bottom of my bag.
