Found a hole in my wall from 2018 that I forgot about

Was patching up drywall in the spare room last week. Found this dime sized hole behind the curtain. I remember bumping into it with a chair like six years ago. Just never got around to fixing it until now. Took me 20 minutes total with spackle and sanding. Why did I wait so long? Has anyone else found old home projects they just ignored forever?

Did you find any other random damage in the house you just lived around or was this the only one?

... well actually, "live with" is the right term, not "live around." I mean unless you're talking about a ghost situation or something. Nah, it was just the one weird thing. Everything else was normal.

Live with, live around, whatever... the point is the place had some kind of secret second life going on behind the drywall. Probably should've checked the crawlspace more often but who has time for that.
