My bank's mobile app froze mid-transfer during a home renovation payment

Last Saturday I was trying to send $2,800 to my contractor for the new roof and the app crashed after I hit confirm, leaving me with no idea if the money went through until I called support three hours later; has anyone else had a mobile payment hang like that during a big transaction?

Take a screenshot of the confirmation screen next time before it freezes, that saved my butt once.

Exactly right @markh85. I started doing the same thing after I lost a payment confirmation once. Now I take a screenshot right when I hit submit, before the page even loads. That way I have proof even if everything crashes. It's saved me a couple times with slow bank transfers too.
