Thought parchment paper was a gimmick until it saved my $80 sheet pan in Reno
I baked sticky gingersnap bars 4 times on bare metal and scrubbed for 20 minutes each time, then tried parchment on try 5 and the whole slab lifted off clean in one piece. Now I want to know what else I've been doing the hard way, so what's your best cheap baking fix that actually works?
