That 16-hour wiring harness job on a CRJ-200 turned into a 3-day disaster
A loose cannon plug behind the avionics bay took 2 days to trace because the prints didn't match the actual pin layout, and I finally found it by checking resistance at the relay rack, so has anyone else had schematics that were flat wrong from the factory?

Used to think documentation was the whole job, but you're right that digging in and fixing the actual problem is where it's at. That paycheck was definitely earned the hard way.
