That one investor's feedback killed my whole feature list
A guy from Silverton Partners told me at a happy hour back in March that my pitch deck read like a menu at a place serving 40 tacos, and I needed to cut it down to 3 things I could actually do well. I dropped 12 features from the roadmap overnight and suddenly two different startups wanted to talk about integrating, has anyone else gotten gut-punched feedback that actually worked?

Told me my pitch was a buffet, so I axed it down to a burger. Sales went up. Funny how that works.
