Saw three startups splitting one office in the Domain, when did coworking get this desperate?
Went to a coffee shop near the Domain last week and heard a guy say his team of 12 shares 400 square feet with two other companies. Is this the new normal for Austin tech or are people just holding out for lower rent?

Domain rents are still stupid high so splitting 400 square feet with two other companies is just math at this point. Give it a year and those same startups will be sharing a single desk at a WeWork that's also somehow still charging Austin prices.
