What was the main takeaway from that chat? I used to see pricing as just a math problem, adding up costs and a bit of profit. Hearing someone else talk about it as a signal of value to the customer really flipped a switch for me. It made me realize I was probably leaving money on the table by not thinking about the story the price tells. Now I spend way more time testing how different prices feel to people.
