I finally found a whole ancient pot after months of digging, but the lab work is taking ages
After digging in the same spot for three months, I found a complete ceramic pot from the Bronze Age. The lab says the preservation work and study could take another six months minimum. Has anyone dealt with such a long wait and how do you keep the team motivated? I'm worried about losing funding if we don't show progress soon.

Cool idea for team morale. Getting hands dirty with art really brings people together. We tried a similar thing with painting at my last place. Everyone was stressed before, but after, it was like a reset button. Saw folks chatting who never talked before. Those casual workshops fix things no official policy ever can.
