6 months is rough, I had a 4 month standoff with my brother over who was supposed to bring the green bean casserole for Christmas. The thing that finally worked for me was writing the apology out by hand first, then sleeping on it and reading it again cold before I sent it. You probably already know this but make sure you don't accidentally blame her for the silent treatment in the apology, like saying "I'm sorry but you also..." because that just starts the fight over again. The first few days after you send it might be awkward but just give her space to respond on her own timeline, don't text asking if she got it.
