Vent: Got asked to set up a camera where it didn't belong a long time ago...

Thinking about how tech has changed... I still wonder if turning down that job was worth the heat I took from the boss.

Wait, they actually asked you to put a camera somewhere it didn't belong? Like a bathroom or a private office? That's so messed up, no wonder you said no. Bosses who pull that crap are the worst.

Guess it's not always so clear. @grayr72 has a point about security sometimes winning over privacy. Could be the boss was desperate to catch a thief, but putting cameras in private spots is still sketchy. Need more details before judging.
