Looking for a reliable contractor for a main floor reno

Hey everyone, we're finally pulling the trigger on a full main floor renovation. We want to take down a wall, redo the kitchen, and update the floors. Does anyone have a general contractor they'd actually recommend? We've had some bad luck with flaky trades in the past.
