inBreathing underwater in dreams used to freak me out. Now I think it's my brain's best way of telling me something, what do you think?
Do you keep a dream journal? I started doing that and it helped me spot patterns. For example, I noticed my stress dreams always happen before big deadlines, so now I prep earlier. Also, try calming down before bed with no screens for an hour, it cuts down on the weird dreams. If you roll with it, that's cool, but figuring out the triggers can make it less scary.
