Choosing between Net Reputation and Igniyte - opinions?

I'm the marketing director for a regional healthcare provider and we've been dealing with a few highly visible, unfair blog posts from a disgruntled former contractor. I've had discovery calls with both Net Reputation and Igniyte to handle search suppression and positive review generation. Does the community have a preference between these two?
