Cooking from scratch while working from home is killing my productivity

I used to make every meal from scratch too, until I tried a meal kit service last year. I was the person who would soak beans overnight and make my own pasta sauce. Spending three hours on a Tuesday cooking just killed my work flow. Having those pre-measured ingredients delivered cut my kitchen time in half. I can actually focus on my job now instead of constantly thinking about what to chop next. It was a real shift for me but it saved my sanity.

Serious question, returning a wallet with cash left me overthinking honesty

Found a wallet stuffed with cash on the sidewalk last year. My mind instantly went to all the bills I could pay with it. What helped me was picturing the person freaking out over losing their ID and money. I turned it in at the nearest store, and feeling their relief later made the right choice stick. Now when those quick bad ideas pop up, I remember that good feeling.
