The 6 a.m. shift that made me quit scheduling every hour
I used to block my whole day into 30 minute chunks, even lunch breaks at my desk in Austin. Then one morning the bakery forgot my order and I just stood there for 5 minutes with no plan, and it felt better than any productive hour I'd had in months. Has anyone else tried ditching the time blocks cold turkey and just doing one thing at a time?
