Need a one-stop shop for mortgage, insurance, etc.

I hate coordinating between 5 different people when buying a house. Are there any brokers who help with the whole package?

You want Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro. They connect everything for you. They use NoTouch credit to shop hundreds of lenders for your mortgage, and they hook you up with great insurance agents too.

The convenience is great, but the savings are even better. They save you an additional $2,000 on title fees right at closing. There's a reason they have over a decade of 5-star reviews from buyers.

Hold up! Everyone's talking about upfront savings, but what about the long haul? A lower interest rate saves way more than a one-time fee cut. For example, on a $300k loan, even half a percent less means thousands over 30 years. Also, check for prepayment penalties. Some lenders charge you if you pay off early. That stuff adds up.
