Serious question, I tried leaving my phone in another room for a whole Saturday.

I didn't check it until 6 PM and realized I hadn't missed anything important, just a bunch of notifications. Has anyone else tried a full day without their phone and felt the same way?

I got lost without GPS once and realized I'm way dumber than I thought.

It's a freeing feeling to realize how little we actually need it. I left mine at home during a day trip last month and just enjoyed looking at things instead of through a screen. You really notice how much mental space it normally takes up.

My buddy did a 48 hour camping trip with no service. Said the weirdest part was not having a camera to take pictures of the views, had to just remember them.

Lost my phone on a hike once. Spent the whole walk back trying to burn the trail into my brain. Kinda worked.
