Saw a deep dive on Atlanta's system. Their traffic AI gives ambulances a 90 second green wave but it adds an average 7 minute delay to cross-town bus routes during rush hour. The math just shifts the problem from one group to another. Feels like they didn't run the numbers on total people affected.

Who wins in that trade? Saving a few minutes for one ambulance but making hundreds of people late seems like bad math. They need to fix the system.
