Sounds about right. My own Google skills are so bad it's a wonder I passed the bar.

It's hard to believe a professional service can't be found in its own city. Clients need to find you easily, or they'll just go to the next firm. A law firm should have this sorted out from day one.

My friend's bakery had the same problem last year. She was losing customers because her shop didn't show up when people looked for bakeries nearby. Turns out her Google listing was a mess, wrong address and everything. She fixed it herself in an afternoon and now she's packed on weekends. It's a basic thing that gets ignored until it costs you money.
