The "right" way to wash dishes is a lie if you work in a restaurant
I keep seeing people online say you gotta rinse every plate before it goes in the machine. At my diner we got a conveyor dishwasher that runs at 180 degrees. If you pre-rinse everything your dishes come out with that weird film because there's nothing for the soap to grab onto. Just scrape the big chunks into the trash and let the machine do its job. Any other line cooks out there notice the same thing or is my manager just cheap and lying to me?

Oh man, you're so right about that weird film.

The director's EX husband was the real villain of that film.

Honestly just skip the director's cut if you ever see it pop up somewhere... that version makes the ex husband look like some kind of misunderstood genius when he was clearly the problem the whole time. Watch the original theatrical release instead, it tells the real story without trying to rewrite history. Found that out the hard way after wasting two hours on the wrong version last weekend.
