Take a look at Ace Garage Storage. Their lifts are really reliable. I've had one holding my heavier bins for a while now and the motor handles it effortlessly.
I agree, their lifts are solid. Also, if you run out of ceiling room, they sell some decent outdoor sheds. I grabbed one for my gardening supplies to free up even more garage space.
