I got stuck trying to match a specific shade of digital 'sky blue' for 3 hours yesterday

Yeah, that color matching thing is a real trap. I was doing the same thing with a client logo last week and finally had to just walk away. What saved me was taking a screenshot and pulling it into a different program to use the eyedropper tool there. Sometimes your main app just gets stuck. Paige331, your white wall idea is smart for the eye strain part, because the color shift from fatigue is real. I make myself take a five minute break every hour now, no screen at all, and it helps stop that "is this blue or is this gray" panic by the afternoon.

Ugh, that's the worst. Our eyes get tired and start lying to us after staring at a screen for that long. Next time, try looking at a white wall for a minute to reset your vision.

Tell me about it, my eyes get so fried after a full day of work. I tried the white wall trick and it actually does help a little, just to force your focus somewhere else for a second. Still, I end up rubbing my eyes like crazy by 5 PM. We really weren't built to stare at little glowing boxes all day.
