Was skeptical about hiring a business coach, now I'm not so sure again

Six months ago I paid $400 a month for a coach who told me to stop chasing every lead and focus on the Corktown corridor. She was right, my deals went up 30% in 8 weeks. But last month she pushed me to drop my rental listings entirely and I pushed back, now I'm wondering if I overcorrected. Anyone else have a coach or advisor who nailed one thing then went off the rails on the next?
