Rant: The new place on Michigan Ave has a line out the door but their online reviews are tanking
I keep seeing owners open a spot with a big splash, then totally ignore their Google Business page. This coffee shop has a 2.3 star average because they never reply to the bad comments (like the one from two weeks ago about the broken bathroom). It makes the whole block look bad. How do you even start fixing that once it's gone that far?

Is the owner even checking their own reviews? If they see a line out the door, they might think they're doing great and just ignore the online stuff completely.
