Hit 100 regular customers last month, still feels weird

I run a small carryout spot on the east side, and for years I figured my ceiling was maybe 60 folks who came in weekly. Last month I counted my ticket log over 30 days and it came out to 104 regulars. That number surprised me because I never advertised, just kept the same hours and tried to remember everyone's order. It matters because it showed me that consistency beats any social media push in this neighborhood. Has anyone else hit a milestone that snuck up on them, and did it change how you ran things the next month?

Honestly, my uncle ran a bait shop for twenty years and he swore his big breakthrough was when he stopped changing the sandwich board out front. He just left the same "fresh worms" sign up even in winter and people started coming in to ask if he was okay. By the time he sold the place, he had like 80 regulars who mostly showed up just to check on him. That count of 104 feels like you've got a little community now, not just customers. Consistency really does something weird to people, they start treating it like a living room.
