Warned my crew for 2 years about chipping dull knives, then a $600 ER bill proved me right
I used to just yell at guys to swap blades, but after a guy in Modesto caught a kickback from a dull chain and needed 9 stitches, I now make everyone show me the cutter before they touch a saw, so tell me I'm being too strict.

You're not being too strict, that $600 bill and 9 stitches could've been way worse.
