Showerthought: the guy at the DMV in Reno let 3 people cut because they 'looked confused', and I was the only one who said something
Honestly I was at the DMV on Virginia Street in Reno last Tuesday, ticket number C-47, and this clerk kept waving people ahead of the line because they shrugged at the forms. One guy in a hoodie went up twice. Tbh I get that help desks deal with clueless people all day, but letting someone skip because they acted lost just rewards being unprepared. Ngl at some point it stops being kind and starts being unfair to everyone who read the instructions. Am I wrong for thinking a line should be a line, or is there a real reason to let confused people jump ahead?
