Had the perfect Monday then Tuesday hit like a dump truck

Woke up to a coffee shop handing me a free latte, my boss praised my report in the 9 a.m. meeting, and I finished errands by noon, but then my car overheated on the 405 in LA and the tow cost me $280, has anyone else had a day flip that fast?
