That random 250,000 mile moment behind a gas station in Boise

Honestly, I was just filling up my old truck at a Pilot off I-84 and the odometer rolled over to exactly 250,000. I sat there staring at it for a solid five minutes, not because I planned it or anything, but because I bought this thing with 88k on it back in 2012 for a road trip to Vegas. It made me think about all the weirdly specific stops I've made since then, like that dead-end dirt road near Winnemucca where I ate a cold burrito at 2am. It wasn't a big deal to anyone else, but that number felt like a receipt for my whole adult life so far.
