Tried the 'list all options' method vs the 'just pick one' method for a career switch
After 6 months of spreadsheets and pros/cons lists, my buddy in Austin told me 'you're not deciding, you're just avoiding' and I went with the coding bootcamp that weekend, has anyone else found that overthinking was actually just fear wearing a tie?

That spreadsheets thing is just your brain trying to look busy while it hides from the scary part, and once you cut the cord it's amazing how fast you figure it out. The real decision was already made, you just had to stop giving yourself an exit ramp.
