Update: I picked weekly uploads over daily shorts for 3 months and my channel basically stalled
Back in January I had to choose between posting a short every day or one longer video each week, and I went with the weekly long ones because I hate editing shorts. Three months later I'm at 1,900 subs and my old shorts friends are passing me, so clearly the daily thing was the move. Has anyone here actually made weekly uploads work, or am I just wasting my time fighting the format?
