That time my trusty conspiracy debunk site let me down hard

Was in a chat room debating if birds are real drones, yeah that wild theory. I always used this one site to fact check and thought it was perfect. Linked it like usual, but the other guy had screenshots and videos ready to go. He pointed out errors in the site's info and made my points look silly. Everyone else started piling on and I had to bail from the chat. Later, I checked the site myself and found it hadn't been updated in years. Now I cross reference with at least three sources before I say anything. Saves me from looking clueless and makes my arguments way stronger.

Seriously, the site you trusted for years wasn't updated at all? That's wild they were using totally old info. No wonder the other guy could shoot it down so easy.
