Reminds me of a pour I watched in Amarillo about ten years back. Crew had one guy running a bull float and the rest were just standing around waiting on him, smoking and drinking Gatorade. Foreman kept yelling at them to grab a trowel and get on their knees. Ended up with a slab that looked like a golf course. Bumps everywhere. I was there to spray a restaurant next door and just watched the whole mess for like an hour. Some of those guys are still out there doing it the same way, I'd bet money on it.
