3 hours to swap a PSU because of one hidden screw
Replacing a power supply in a Dell OptiPlex 7010 should take 20 minutes. Took me 3 hours on Tuesday because there was a screw hiding behind the front panel that you can't see unless you pop the whole bezel off. Didn't know that. Pulled everything out, got frustrated, checked the service manual on my phone, and there it was on page 34. Has anyone else wasted time on a factory design choice like that?
