Had a seasoned diver on a job off the coast of Galveston tell me to always double-check my knife strap after I lost mine on a deep wreck dive.

He said he spent 20 minutes tangled in a loose fishing line once because his strap slipped, and now I check mine every time before I hit the water, has anyone else had gear slip on them like that?

My husband slipped on a wet floor at the grocery store last week and took out an entire display of canned beans. He’s still finding dents in his shins.
