The day I realized my comments were full of lies about my code
After 6 months of writing comments that described what I thought my code did, a senior dev in Cleveland printed out one of my files and showed me that every single comment was actually describing the code in reverse, and he asked me if I wanted to learn to read my own work, so now I'm wondering how many other beginners write comments as a wish list instead of a truth list.
