Warning: my town's new curbside compost pickup is making me question recycling
Our green bin pickup in Bakersfield has cut my trash to one bag every two weeks, but I keep seeing neighbors put greasy pizza boxes in the wrong bin. Is this actually cutting methane or just moving the mess around?
