Was skeptical about climate-controlled storage until my dad's '67 Mustang got mold overnight
Left it in a non-climate unit in New Orleans for just two weeks last summer and came back to mildew on the seats. Now I swear by the stuff, even if it costs me an extra $75 a month. Anyone else have a wake-up call about humidity?

Oh, come on. A little mildew isn't going to ruin a car. You just need to air it out and wipe it down. I feel like people get a little too dramatic about humidity.

Oh man, I used to think the same thing until I actually dealt with it! I left my gym bag in the trunk over a rainy weekend and thought I could just wipe the seats down. Nope. The smell got into the fabric so bad I had to rent one of those carpet cleaners from the grocery store and steam the whole interior. Took like three passes before it stopped smelling like a wet basement. And the worst part was finding little spots on the seatbelt that I totally missed. Not worth the hassle honestly, better to just crack the windows and run the AC on dry mode for a bit.
