The rusty brake line that made me ditch my flare tool

After 15 years of fighting double flares with that cheap tool, I watched a buddy do it with a simple bench vise and a file, and my lines stopped leaking on the first try. Anyone else found their old flare tool was the weak link in their whole brake system?
