My uncle in Buffalo said skip the tourist spots and eat at the corner diner, he was dead right
When I visited Buffalo last month my uncle told me to forget the famous wing spots and just eat breakfast at a tiny diner on Grant Street, so I did. The place had 8 stools, a cook named Sal who called me champ, and the best home fries I've had in 10 years for $7.50. Now I'm wondering what other small city spots people swear by that don't show up on any list, so what's the one local place in your town you'd send a stranger to?
