That handoff moment is where stuff falls apart. Not the sweep itself. A lot of guys pass jobs off verbally, no paper, no pics. Then nobody knows who was supposed to hit the roof. What I started doing is a simple checklist both sides sign off on. Roof yes or no, gutters, attic, crawl. Takes two minutes. Sounds dumb but it saves you. If the last guy skipped the roof, that's on him, but you get blamed at the next handoff. Cover yourself.
